Andover/North Andover YMCA DIRECTIONS:  Andover is located north of Boston near the intersection of Route 93 and Route 495.  From Route 93, take the exit ramp for Route 133 East, heading toward Andover.  Proceed straight through 4 sets of lights.  After the 4th light, the Andover / North Andover YMCA will be on your right.  If you get to the Burger King, you've gone too far.  You can use the following street address to get directions from MapQuest or other internet mapping services:  165 Haverhill Street, Andover, MA.
Melrose YMCA
Directions from 93 North

To the 497 Main Street Building:
Take exit 34. Follow the ramp to the right along Spot Pond Reservoir. Follow road to Stone Zoo and make your way into the left lane. Turn left at mini-rotary intersection (there should be a Melrose sign posted). When you come to the second set of working traffic lights (approx 1 mile), turn left onto Main Street. At the second set of lights on your right will be the Melrose YMCA. Parking is available behind the facility.

Directions from Route 1 North or South

To the 497 Main Street Building:
Take the Essex Street exit from Route 1 in Saugus and head towards Melrose. Go approximately two miles. At the third set of lights take a left onto Main Street. The Melrose YMCA is on your left side at the next set of lights. Parking is available behind the facility.

 

Beverly (Sterling) YMCA From the south or west, take 128 North to exit 18. Turn right off the exit and proceed 1 mile. The Sterling YMCA is on the right. Telephone # is 978-927-6855.
Keefe Tech Framingham, MA

From the West, using either the Mass Pike or Rt. 9. Upon exiting the Mass Pike at exit 12, Framingham, follow signs to Rt. 9 East, Framingham. At the end of the ramp, merge onto Rt. 9 east and proceed approximately 1.3 miles to the second light.  Take the right onto Temple Street and proceed past the Super Stop and Shop to the end of the street. At the end, take a left onto Salem End Road.  Proceed on Salem End Road ¼ mile to the first light. Take a right onto
Winter Street. The entrance to Keefe Tech will be located 1 ½ miles on the left.

From Interstate 93:
Take the exit for Route 129. Go straight through the first set of traffic lights. Immediately on your left is a P&S convenience store. Take the first left onto Intervale Rd. At the end of Intervale. Take a left onto Birch Meadow Drive. Approximately ½ on your left will be Arthur B. Lord Drive. Take a left onto Arthur B. Lord Drive and the Burbank YMCA will be on your right.

From Interstate 95 (Rte 128):
Take Exit 40. Follow the signs for Route 129 west into Reading Center. At the first set of traffic lights take a right onto Main St (Rte 28). After approximately ½ a mile you will come to a set of traffic lights. Take a left onto Birch Meadow Drive. Take the first right onto Arthur B. Lord Drive. (You will pass Coolidge Middle School on your right). The Burbank YMCA building will be on your right.
Medford High School
From Route 93 North: Take exit 32, for Medford Square. From the South, go 3/4 way around the rotary to the exit for Route 60/Medford Square. Go straight through the light as you approach Medford Square, then try to get into the right or center lane. At the next light, you will be in Medford Square. Continue straight on this road (this will involve veering slightly to the right). At the next light, go straight again; you should now see a church on your left. Now you will come to another rotary; exit immediately onto Winthrop Street. Go straight through the next light. Approximately .25 mile down Winthrop Street, you will see a Temple on the right. The entrance to the High School is the first right after the Temple.

Route 95 to Exit 4, which is Route 295 South. Continue to Exit 9A for Route 146 South. Take the Exit to Route 123. Turn left at junction of Routes 123 and 246; continue to Campus entrance.
URI

 

Take Interstate 95 South to exit 9 (Route 4 south).
Follow Route 4 until it merges and becomes Route 1 south.
Continue on Route 1 south to Route 138 west.
Travel 5 miles on Route 138 west thru two traffic lights.
The entrance to the Mackal Field House parking lot is on the right just before the Tennis Courts and Video Information Board (Marquee).
Look for signs that say south entrance to the athletic facilities.
Harvard

From the West Take the Mass Pike (Interstate 90) east to Exit 18 (Allston/Cambridge). After paying toll, bear left at fork towards Allston. Turn right at 2nd set of lights, onto North Harvard Street. Proceed approximately one mile; you will see an outdoor track and the football stadium on your left. Enter through Gate 6 (immediately before the stadium).

From the South Take Interstate 95 north to Interstate 93 north. Take Interstate 93 until Exit 20 (Mass Pike). Take Mass Pike/Interstate 90 west to Exit 20 (Allston/Cambridge). After paying toll, bear left at fork towards Allston. Turn right at 2nd set of lights, onto North Harvard Street. Proceed approximately one mile; you will see an outdoor track and the football stadium on your left. Enter through Gate 6 (immediately before the stadium).
Mount Wachusett Community College
From the North and South: Follow Route 128 or 495 to Route 2 West.  Take the first Gardner exit (#23).  The end of the ramp feeds into a rotary and take the first right passing underneath a railroad bridge, following the sign to Rte 140.  At the first traffic light, turn right onto Elm Street and follow until you come to another rotary.  Enter the rotary and take the second exit (at 12 o’clock) with signs towards Rte 140, Winchendon, and MWCC.  This is Green Street and MWCC is approximately one mile on your right.  Take the second entrance and the first building on your left is the Fitness and Wellness Center.  After the Center, take the second left into the visitor parking area or a right into the student parking area if the visitor parking area is full.
